Residents in our village cottages or apartments, whose increasing physical or mental frailty prevents them from being in a position to live safely or independently, have the option of moving to this Frail Care home. In this facility MHA provides care for up to 34 frail residents who are no longer able to care for their person and/or interests.
In our bright, well maintained and homely rooms, residents are accommodated in 18 single rooms and 8 shared rooms. At CP Bradfield we provide activities for all residents to participate in, to prevent boredom and to increase social interaction.
This Frail Care home was built in 1996, through the huge generosity of a successful businessman with deep Eastern Cape roots, and after whom and in whose honour the home was named.
